About Us

We are a boutique custom builder offering highly specialized customizations for our clients. Unlike larger builders, we are not spread thin amongst multiple projects. We focus on a handful of custom homes at a time, currently 12 under construction. In doing so we are able to provide a higher degree of flexibility in meeting home buyers’ requests.

All home plans are accurate as to dimensions and structural layouts. With that, items such as outdoor grills, inner walls, decorative finishes, among others, could vary from plan to build. For example, the plan design you referenced shows a closed den, we chose to open walls to make the great room more expansive.

 

The plan also shows an enclosed toilet, we chose to build an open toilet v a water closet, as has proven to be the choice of some buyers. Some plans show outdoor kitchens, others do not. Everything is customizable.

Our homes come with a 1-year warranty on all items associated with the house, 2 years on most appliances, 5 years on water equipment, and 10 years on structural.
